Climate Innovations Survey

Thank you for your interest in submitting replicable, practical, community-led climate solutions in Central America. The short survey that follows is your first step in our selection process. It helps us understand:

- What your idea is and why it matters for climate adaptation or mitigation
- How ready it is for replication (particularly by local groups in Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador, Costa Rica, or Panama)
- Which communities will benefit (with special attention to women, Indigenous peoples, and economically vulnerable groups)

To better understand how your idea might appear on our platform, visit ChangeX and explore an example like Butterfly of Hope.

Funding considerations: The funding range for ChangeX projects is typically between USD 500 - 5000 per replication, depending on project requirements. Consideration will also be given to higher-cost projects, where impact is particularly strong.

What to expect:

- Time: about 15–20 minutes if you have links or documents ready
- Format: a combination of open-text answers and multiple-choice questions, with a few short text boxes for context
- Language: You can switch the survey to another language using the language selector at the bottom right of your screen
- No prior call needed: this form is your introduction to our team
- Next steps: top-scoring projects (based on IDB criteria) will be invited for a follow-up conversation
Please answer honestly and completely; clear information helps speed up our review. If a question doesn’t apply, choose "Not applicable" or leave the text box blank.
